GP Günter Papenburg AG and Schlüter Baumaschinen GmbH have agreed that GP Baumaschinen GmbH Halle, including G-tec Positioning GmbH, will be transferred to the company Schlüter Baumaschinen GmbH, including all rights and duties, on 01.01.2022.
We are confident that this integration will further reinforce Komatsu’s network in Germany and will enhance our ability to grant the highest level of services to customers as a base for our future growth.
The current MD of GP Baumaschinen GmbH Halle, Mr. Thomas Jedrzejczak, will remain with the company and assure consistency for customers as well as for employees, and actively follow up on future tasks and challenges in order to develop the company's long-term strategy.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the long years of fruitful collaboration with the Papenburg Group, which started back in 1989 with Komatsu’s participation in Hanomag. Komatsu will continue to provide the Papenburg Group with high quality products so that our trustful and long-term cooperation remains the same in the future.
Together with a well experienced team, and an coverage increased to about three-quarters of the German market, Schlüter Baumaschinen looks optimistically to the future. In their new integrated network, approximately 1.000 employees at 34 locations are available for customer services.
