Mr. Göksel Güner, Managing Director of Komatsu Germany GmbH [KG] in Hanover, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Komatsu Europe International N.V. Effective April 1, 2020, he will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr. Güner will also become a member of the Supervisory Board of Komatsu Germany GmbH.
Mr. Güner was Managing Director of Komatsu Germany – Construction (Hanover), the former Komatsu Hanomag GmbH, for a total of 16 years.
Komatsu Europe International N.V. (KEISA) is the European headquarters of the Komatsu Group based in Tokyo (Japan).

Mr. Ingo Büscher, previously Vice-President Common Production Division and overall production manager of KG at the Hanover location, succeeds Mr. Güner and takes over responsibility as Managing Director for the Hanover location (Construction Division) at Komatsu Germany GmbH.
Mr. Büscher has been with Komatsu since 2003 in various management positions.

Komatsu Germany GmbH develops and produces wheel loaders & mobile excavators at the Hanover plant with about 800 employees.
The areas of responsibility of Komatsu Germany Managing Director Ralf Petzold (Chairman), Takeshi Asanuma (Admin Division) and Ansgar Thole (Mining Division) remain unchanged.
